[주문서 작성]

ⓐ 해외배송을 원하실 경우, 구매를 원하시는 제품과 함께

“Overseas Delivery" 제품을 선택하시어

주문서 작성 및 결제를 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.

ⓑ 해외배송비 결제 시, 배송에 필요한

정확한 우편번호 (필수기재 사항)를 포함한 영문 주소를

“배송 요청사항”란에 기재하여 주시기 바랍니다.

ⓒ 주문서 작성 후, 7일 이내로 해외배송비 결제가

완료되지 않으면 구매를 원하시는 제품의 주문서는

자동 취소처리가 진행됩니다.

[배송]

ⓐ 얼바닉30은 Fedex 사를 통해 해외배송이 이루어집니다.

ⓑ 주문 완료 후 출고까지 주문 주신 제품별

딜리버리 내용에 따라 약 7-14일 정도 소요되며,

발송 후 별도의 안내 메일을 통해 인보이스를 전달해 드립니다.

ⓒ 출고 시, 주문 주신 제품들의 파손/훼손되는 상황을

방지하기 위해서 해외배송에 최적화된

얼바닉 전용 발송 부자재로 포장되어 배송됩니다.

ⓓ 배송이 완료된 후 책정되는 배송비는

FedEx 운임 부과 기준을 통해 확정되며

제품의 실무게 및 발송 부자재의 부피 무게를 합산한

페덱스 측의 내규에 의거하여 청구/부과됩니다.

[교환 / 환불]

ⓐ 제품 수령 후 7일 이내 유선 및 Q&A 게시판,

채팅 상담을 통해 교환/반품 접수해 주셔야 합니다.

ⓑ 접수 후 7일 이내로 제품이 도착해야 하며,

새 제품으로 판단될 시 환불 및 교환 처리가 가능합니다.

제품은 처음 받아보신 그대로 포장 후 발송해 주세요.

ⓒ 교환 및 반품에 따른 배송비/관부가세 등은 고객 부담입니다.

ⓐ 해외배송 특성상, 주문 주신 제품과 함께 동봉되는

인보이스와 관련하여 주문 금액에 대한 언더밸류나

인보이스 내용 수정은 관세법 및 외국환 관리법에 위배되므로 불가합니다.

ⓑ 배송지 국가 도착 시 부과되는

관세 및 기타 세금은 소비자 부담입니다.

이는 각 나라별 관세 및 세금 정책이 해당 국가에 따라

상이하기에 사전 예상 비용 안내는 불가합니다.

ⓒ 통관 과정에서 발생하는 관세 및 세금으로 인한

제품 수령 거부 시, 해당 주문 건의 모든 발생 비용

(배송비/관세 및 수수료/반환에 따른 비용) 은 소비자 부담입니다.

[  How to order  ]

ⓐ 'Overseas Delivery' item must be added

to your cart for any international orders.

Once your package is delivered,

an actual shipping cost will be confirmed by FedEx,

and you will get refund if the shipping cost is lower

than our estimated shipping fee of ￦150,000.

ⓑ Please fill in the required information in english

including your address and zip code at the order information page.

ⓒ Please note that your order will be automatically

cancelled if you don't make a full payment including

the estimated shipping fee within 7 days after check out.

[  Delivery  ]

ⓐ All international orders are shipped via FedEx.

ⓑ Orders ship within 7-14 business dates

from the date of purchase, but it may be delayed

depending on production capabilities and delivery location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email

with a track & trace number to track the status of your order.

ⓒ To ensure the quality and safety of your purchase,

we use special package suitable for overseas delivery.

ⓓ Once your package is safely delivered,

an actual shipping fee will be confirmed by FedEx

based on the weight of the shipment and your location.

[  Return & Exchanges  ]

ⓐ To return or exchange products, please contact urbanic30@edito-company.com

within 7 days of receiving your order.

ⓑ Returned products have to be shipped back

within 14 days of delivery, and all pieces must be sent back

in their original unworn condition in original packaging.

ⓓ Please note that return/exchange shipping charges

including unnecessary duties and taxes must be paid by the sender.

[  Duties and Customs  ]

ⓐ By law, we cannot change any details including

the value of order on commercial invoices.

We must adhere to all international import/export laws.

ⓑ Additional customs or import duty charges may be

charged depending on the destination country.

Please note that we do not cover these costs,

therefore, you will be responsible for them.

As these costs are beyond our control and vary between

countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be.

ⓒ Any refused shipments are the customer’s responsibility.

If you decide to refuse your shipment,

you are responsible for the original shipping charges,

any duties, taxes and customs charges that are incurred on

both the original and return shipments, and the cost of returning the package.
